Enterprise processes can be designed via administration interface. For the design of the processes, individual steps with processing sequences are defined, taking into account roles, users and field definitions.
Applications and release status are displayed in the cockpit or in the detailed view. Business-critical processes can be monitored with regard to runtime and status in an early-watch system. Reporting enables continuous analysis of completed processes and thus supports the visualization of bottlenecks and the system-supported optimization of process runtimes.
