jb-x business solutions GmbH is a software manufacturer and service provider for web-based B2B purchasing portals with a strong focus on purchasing companies and corporations in industries such as the hotel and healthcare sectors, primarily in D-A-CH. The system also includes materials management functionalities for hotels and care companies.

What you could do here

  • Contact person for our software jb-x eBusiness-Suite
  • telephone support for our business partners (suppliers, portal operators), ticketing
  • Processing of standardized business transactions in portal operation
  • Collaboration with development team and service partners

What you bring to the table

  • completed training in a customer-oriented profession, 3 years of work experience
  • Sociability and communication skills as well as commitment and team spirit
  • Willingness to learn and process-oriented thinking
  • Online and technical affinity, sound office skills
  • Willingness to attend remote or on-site training sessions
  • good command of English
  • advantage: experience with food labeling
